Payment Terms & Overdue Accounts
Payment Expectations
All invoices issued by Nanatech are to be paid promptly and within the agreed payment time frame stated on the invoice. Each invoice includes the standard notice: “Please ensure to pay this invoice within a week to avoid penalties and debt collection fees, if in doubt don’thesitate to contact us.” This notice reflects our expectation of timely settlement and supports the continuity of service for all clients.
Overdue Accounts & Third-Party Recovery
Payment is not received within a reasonable period after the due date – and after at least one written reminder – Nanatech may, at its discretion, engage an external collection service, such as a debt-recovery agency or invoice-factoring provider, to manage or recover the outstanding amount.
All costs associated with recovery, including collection fees, administration charges, or legal expenses, will be added to the overdue balance as permitted under New Zealand law. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and accepts this process.
Where we engage external collection services or similar providers, we may disclose relevant personal information to those providers to enable account administration and recovery, and we do so to the extent permitted by law.
